Jessica DeBianchi Rivera is a certified executive coach with board certification and credentials to facilitate EQ-i 2.0®, CSI, and EQ 360® assessments.
She's led teams through three exits, held C-suite roles across multiple functions, and scaled companies to billion-dollar valuations. All while raising four kids and navigating the complexity of caring for aging parents.
As a certified executive coach, Jessica doesn't just ask questions. She brings frameworks, pattern recognition, and the strategic thinking that only comes from having lived experiences making high-stakes decisions in real-world leadership roles. Her assessment-driven approach helps leaders identify behavior patterns and remove limitations to growth.
