About our Founder
Hi, I’m Jessica – a lawyer turned C-suite operator turned entrepreneur, wife, mom of four, and founder of Perivita.
For over two decades, I’ve steadied teams through change with head, heart and backbone, been nationally recognized for building departments from the ground up, and helped high performers navigate high-stakes moments. I’ve held executive roles across sales, legal, HR, ops, and customer success; scaled companies to billion-dollar exits; and coached founders and execs through everything from board meetings to burnout. I’ve worked for and helped brands like The Points Guy, Bankrate, European Wax Center, MotionPoint, and Velocity Solutions, to name a few.
I know what it’s like to juggle a big job and a big life — and after a few “fail forwards” along the way, I’ve learned how to grow without losing what matters most: myself.
That’s why I started Perivita: to help leaders and businesses grow and break through without breaking.
I’m a proud triple Gator (JD, MBA, and BS from UF), where my nickname ‘JDB’ was born on the intramural basketball courts (sign up for our newsletter and I’ll tell you the full story!). When I’m not working or with my crew, I’m likely strength training, brushing up on piano, geeking out on tech and AI, or cheering on South Florida sports teams.
